A new destination in Melbourne’s laneways
fjcstudio designed Bennetts Lane, an A-grade commercial mixed use development in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, for Perri Projects. Retail, food and beverage line each of the site’s three street frontages, adding to the city’s laneway network and establishing the site as a new destination in the CBD.
A terraced workplace
Around 13,000 sqm of office space steps from 1,300 sqm floorplates on the lower levels to smaller, boutique floorplates above. Interconnecting stairs link the lower levels, generous north-facing outdoor decks open from the office floors, and a concierge and end-of-trip facilities support the people who work there.
Designed for flexible work
The office floors are designed for co-working and flexible workplaces to contemporary workplace standards, while the retail and hospitality offer is central to the placemaking of the precinct. Read about the opening of Bennetts Lane.
