fjcstudio is a multi-disciplinary design studio noted for its commitment to design excellence, sustainability and the enhancement of the public domain.

Integrating the design disciplines of architecture, interior design, urban design, landscape architecture and placemaking, fjcstudio has designed many highly acclaimed and internationally awarded projects.

Design awards include: WAF World Building of the Year Award, the AIA Jørn Utzon Award, the RIBA International Award, the New Zealand Institute of Architects Medal, International Architecture Awards from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and the International Public Library of the Year Award from the Danish Agency of Culture.

The work of fjcstudio evolves from a deep understanding of the uniqueness of place and culture and through open collaboration with the communities it serves. While the studio continues to receive national and international recognition, importantly, it is the embracing of the projects by their diverse communities which truly reflects their success, due in part to the creation of welcoming and human spaces, which provide opportunities to gather, connect and be.

Studio’s in Sydney, Melbourne and the United Kingdom, bring a depth of expertise and experience from a wide range projects and building typologies.

fjcstudio acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres  Strait Islander peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work.

We recognise their continuing connection to Country and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

We extend this acknowledgement to Indigenous People globally, recognising their human rights and freedoms as articulated in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
