ANZ Tower

The tower, podium and groundplane of this workplace tower are an assembly of architectural elements that respond to orientation, scale and use to create an urban ensemble of miniature city making. the tower is composed of a crescent form framed in polished aluminium opens to the north east, supplemented but forms regular to the city grid. A new laneway linking Pitt and Castlereagh Streets opens to a new public space to create a welcoming and rich groundplane experience.
This commercial tower accommodates approximately 57,000 sqm of commercial NLA with efficient floor plates and also includes elegant penthouse apartments on level 43 and 44.
ANZ tower has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star making it at the time, the largest office building in NSW to achieve this result from the Green Building council of Australia.
