Spring Quarter

Located close to the public transport hub of Chatswood Station and adjacent Victoria Avenue, Spring Quarter is an amalgamated site that brings significant public benefit opportunities to the heart of Willoughby. Spring Quarter is a new Chatswood place of landscape and pedestrian spaces woven into the fabric of the city centre. It is a place of diverse uses, centred around new employment space, with opportunities for gathering, collaboration, engagement and relaxation.
The proposal is consistent with the Chatswood CBD Strategy, as conditionally endorsed by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, and aligns with NSW Government policy objectives. A mixed use precinct offering a fine grain ground plane comprised of streets, lanes and places. The pedestrian focused network provides a new openness, permeability and activation in the heart of Chatswood.

Incorporating a large independent commercial building, supporting retail, hotel and new residences, Spring Quarter ensures Chatswood can grow economically and support a diversity of city functions. It is responsive to new ways of working and will create a world class environment for engagement, collaboration, health and wellbeing.
