The reimagining of Entertainment Quarter Moore Park embraced the history and opportunities of the site and outlined a more legible and integrated urban structure that would allow movement through the precinct between park and sports facilities, residential areas and workplace, entertainment and community functions.
The masterplan proposed a clear pedestrian spine as the connector between a sequence of public spaces, from the Hordern Pavilion and Royal Hall of Industries through to the Showring and AFTRS with linkages proposed to Cook Road, Centennial Park and the Equestrian Centre.

A broader mix of uses, with employment and hospitality supporting day and nighttime activation, sought to create a more sustainable and resilient precinct, a complement to the existing uses the Centennial Moore Parklands.
