The Harrington Collection is a mixed used development that has a clear relationship with the context of surrounding buildings and heritage streetscapes.

This pair of related apartment buildings form an entrance to a new residential community located on the historic former Prince Henry Hospital site, a site that includes many heritage buildings and overlooks the beautiful waterfront of Little Bay. The design proposals for these two buildings — Manta and its sister Alaris — have been drawn from an analysis and reading of the particular qualities and characteristics of their locality and context.

Student Castle Oxford is a high quality student accommodation for over 500 rooms with a mixture of cluster flats, studio, double studio and 2 bedroom studios with associated support and shared space. The project is conceived as a series of interconnected pavilions with carefully proportioned trabeated facades and deep reveals to complement the character of Oxpens.
