Kirstin Walsh

Kirstin joined fjcstudio in 2019 as a Project Architect and Interior Designer, with experience across diverse project types, from bespoke Alpine environments to large-scale commercial and cultural projects.

She has over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience and a skill set that spans the full project lifecycle, integrating architectural and interior design elements across all project phases.

Kirstin works in the early phases of concept design, frequently on fjc’s design competition teams. Her expertise extends to stakeholder and community consultation, brief development and contextual analysis, so that designs are meaningful and responsive.

Kirstin’s approach to interior design emphasises a multi-sensory experience, where texture shapes the visual appeal of a space as well as its tactile and acoustic qualities.
