David has a dual qualification in both Architecture and Environmental Design, which gives him the unique ability to combine both disciplines to resolve complex design problems within varying project constraints. He is interested in large complex precincts and possesses extensive experience across a wide range of projects, including commercial, mixed use, education, residential, precinct master planning, urban design and public domain.

David has a reputation for achieving innovative design solutions. He values the role of architecture in the making of the city and is focused on developing rich urban and architectural spatial experiences that enhance the legibility and delight of the built environment for the community.

Recognised for his contribution to design excellence, David was awarded Royal Institute of Architect ACT Chapter Medallion and the Mitchell/ Guirgola & Thorp Architects Traveling Scholarship.

David is the Head of fjcurban.
